Pharmaquest conducts medically supervised testing of products, primarily with people who are healthy and in good medical and physical condition. Occasionally studies are conducted with patients with specific medical conditions.

Safety of volunteers at Pharmaquest is our first priority. All studies conducted at Pharmaquest are reviewed and approved by a Research Ethics Committee and the Romanian National Medicine Agency before the study can begin.

To enroll on a study with Pharmaquest volunteers must meet some simple criteria as required by the study, have free time and agree to follow straightforward instructions. The main criteria are: age between 18-45, within normal limits of weight, in good health condition.

Before entering into a study all volunteers will receive a free confidential medical and physical examination, full information about the nature of the study, the medicine which is to be tested and will be given the opportunity to ask questions about any aspect of the study.

As well as helping to further medical research, participating in a Pharmaquest study doesn't involve any expenses because time and travel costs will be reimbursed.
